Praava Health introduces Super App: Sylvana
Praava Health focuses on - Healthcare anytime, anywhere, 24/7, be it online or in person. To enhance the commitment and to provide a better patient experience, Praava is going to introduce 'super app', as informed to DigiBangla in advance by Sylvana Quader Sinha, Chairman and CEO of the one-stop health service provider.
After 3 years of inception, the health service provider recently has received a fund amounting 10 lakh 60 thousand US Dollar. In 2018, Praava started its services of providing prescriptions including various other health-related services through mobile App.
Sylvana informed, "We are going to create a super app for patients, by using which, you can order for e-pharma prescriptions over the telephone, consult with doctors, you can get access to virtual primary care. Everything from one place." She added that, "We have created some virtual primary care tools to help patients consult with doctors from remote areas.
Sylvana remarks about the interest of investors in health sector adding,"Praava Health so far has received a fund amounting 10 lakh 60 thousand Dollars, we are utilizing this fund to give our health system a shape. We are proud to be a partner of this investment and the investors also found the health sector of Bangladesh worth investing in"
"We believe that the era of telemedicine has just been started in Bangladesh. We have experienced much growth in this field particularly last year during the pandemic situation. People are now familiar with telemedicine services. The range of this service will expand more', she added. " Government is also providing sufficient support to the entrepreneurs working in telemedicine sector", opines Sylvana.
Sylvana established Praava Health as a reaction to certain activities of a renowned private hospital in Dhaka, which she found really alarming. Thousands of patients are going abroad for getting reliable health services but many other thousands cannot afford it and Prava has been working for them - she pledges.
"Providing even better patient experience is the next challenge which is our top priority. We want to bring the best patient experience ever" states Sylvana in an optimistic tone.
